The Story Behind The Street

Founded by a young restaurateur with a big love for Indian flavours, Farsan Street began 12 years ago with one simple mission — bring back snacking the real Indian way. The journey, however, started much earlier. In the heart of Juhu, Mumbai, our founder built Patio, a much-loved fine dining restaurant and banquet destination that welcomed guests for over a decade. Those years were spent understanding food, hospitality, and the simple truth that great taste and authentic recipes always stands the test of time.

That passion later led to the creation of Baker Street, a bakery brand known for its flavourful khari, rusks, and cookies. It was during these years that our commitment to preservative-free products first began — a belief that great food should stay true to its ingredients. A commitment that has never wavered, and never will.

Over the next decade, Baker Street found its way onto the shelves of leading modern retail chains and into homes across more than 20 countries around the world.
